1967 Chevrolet Nova

View Description

This is a true street terrorizer! But only if you want it to be. Power comes from a modern LS1 that's been fully built and includes Precision Twin Turbos. The engine isn't over cammed allowing the power to be attained at lower rpms and be driver friendly. Then once you climb a little in the rev range, the turbos kick in and you better be ready. We're talking about 1,150 horsepower and holy smokes does this thing come alive! The LS1 features a high rise intake with Holley electronic fuel injection. If you look closely, you can see the turbos behind the grille next to each headlight. The turbos also act as mufflers. The exhaust comes straight off of the back of the turbos and dumps just behind the front tires. By that description, it sounds like it would be beyond loud, but it really isn't. If you get pulled over, it won't be from excessive noise, most likely from the wide strips of rubber you just left on the pavement. The tires, Mickey Thompson Sportsmans measure 29x18. 50-15 in the rear and 26x7. 50-15 in the front, both wrapped around Centerline aluminum racing wheels. A narrowed rear end with 4....

1966 Chevrolet Nova SS

View Description

In 1966 you could walk in to any Chevy dealer and order a 66 Nova anyway you wanted it. Many opted for the SS package giving Moms grocery getter a little more style. Then there were those who went down a little further and marked the box with code L79. That little check mark got you fire breathing completely revved up 327 producing 350 ponies. Less than 3600SS L79-s were built that year making this a prime example of what a collector should be. Completely restored and documented with photos in 1992 the car went on the show circuit claiming multiple awards. This full on factory sleeper even made a few Magazines in the --90-s. The 1993 march issue of Muscle Cars even used it as a centerfold picture accessorized with a lovely model. Beginning in 1996 the car rarely got seen and was stored away, taken out only to keep the beauty maintained. The regal red paint still looks amazing with the all of the bright work being in excellent condition as well. The hubcaps, though not a personal preference, are the right ones and go well with the car. The interior has been done in a period correct black...

1970 Dodge Challenger

View Description

Absolutely stunning Black 1970 Dodge Challenger Rallye. Introduced in fall 1969 for the 1970 model year, the Challenger was one of two Chrysler E-body cars, the other being the slightly smaller Plymouth Barracuda. Positioned to compete against the Mercury Cougar and Pontiac Firebird in the upper end of the pony car market segment, it was 'a rather late response' to the Ford Mustang, which debuted in April 1964. Even so, Chrysler intended the new Challenger as the most potent pony car ever, and like the less expensive Barracuda, it was available in a staggering number of trim and option levels, and with virtually every engine in Chrysler's inventory. The Challenger's longer wheelbase, larger dimensions, and more luxurious interior were prompted by the launch of the 1967 Mercury Cougar, likewise a bigger, more luxurious and more expensive pony car aimed at affluent young American buyers. Exterior design was penned by Carl Cameron, who was also responsible for the exterior designs of the 1966 Dodge Charger.

This particularly well kept and amazing looking example sports a healthy 340 engine with a four-barrel carburetor putting out 275 horsepower,...

1965 Chevrolet Impala

View Description

The SS badge became the signature of performance on many models and often featured special trim and appearance details in addition to the power and handling upgrades. Super Sport received handsome new bodies with a pronounced 'Coke bottle' fender treatment. The signature triple tail lights from the 1964 Impala were repeated for 1965, but the X-frame was abandoned in favor of a perimeter frame. Power is supplied by a matching numbers 327 cubic inch V8 mated to a 2-Speed power glide automatic transmission. With only 30 miles since a fresh motor rebuild, the nostalgic muscle car appearance is reflected in the Madera Maroon paint color, slick black interior, white wall tires, and period correct chrome wheels.
