Chevy released the 454SS in 1990 as a modern muscle truck. They were an instant success with over 13,000 units sold. The engine was of course the big draw with the big block producing 230 HP with a tire shredding 385 lb. -ft of torque. The 454SS has come a long way in the car market becoming an icon with a cult following much like the Grand National. This truck has the original engine is still in place that's been rebuilt with high quality precision to match the newer Tremec TKO 5-speed manual transmission! That's right, how many other of these do you know with this nice of a setup? The black paint is sharp and new, as this truck has been repainted to show exceedingly well at it's tour of car shows.
