This truck has had a good amount of work done on it ranging from the engine to the upholstery and paint job. This truck has made its way from Oklahoma to Louisiana about three years ago where the current owner has taken well care of her. The previous owner took on this project ready to get her on the road. All restoration work on this truck was roughly completed 3 years ago.

Painted a classic black with dark silver metallic stripes that appear to change colors depending on the lighting angle (ranging from gray, to dark silver, to a golden hue), this '68 Camaro is unlike most that you'll find. This Camaro was purpose-built to run the 2013 Hot Rod Power Tour. Its owner started with building it to run the Power Tour, and specifically wanted a massive blower sticking out of the hood. Don Hampton custom built the polished GMC 8-71 Roots-style blower for the owner's stated engine specs. Beginning with a Dart 'M' block with a standard 454 CID bore, it was topped with ported and polished Dart 'Big Chief' heads with. 440 intake and. 424 exhaust valves. A custom set of Keith Black 8. 2:1 forged pistons and a Lunati custom-ground blower cam with 110-degree lobe separation move the highly compressed air through this big mill. Twin Holley 950 CFM carbs top the huge blower, and custom headers scavenge the exhaust gases into the Borla dual exhaust with its menacing quad tip tail pipes. This 3100 has more than what meets the eyes. It is powered by a LT1 from a 1994 Corvette which is paired with a Chevy A4-Automatic transmission. Under the truck you will be able to see that this is a well take care of Machine that has extra features. It has aluminum radiator, headers, power steering, and power brakes.

The exterior shows very well which is colored blue and silver. You will also see that it has the classic Stepside that give this truck a very classy look. You will notice that there are no door handles it has electronic door poppers. This Stepside 3100 also has air ride with the bed having a pnewmatic bed tilt allowing access to the dual 12v batteries and bags. The bed has an oak bed flooring. It has a 1994 Corvette front and rear suspension. With 17 inch Aluminum American racing Wheels and BF Goodrich G-Force Sport tires 275/40/17R. These 2nd gen Camaros are getting hot, and this one is ready to rock! Sporting that gorgeous 'Split Bumper' look, with a billet grille and Halo-equipped LED headlights, this 1970 Camaro kicks the look up a notch. The drivetrain comes courtesy of Texas LS Motors of Tomball, TX, who supplied the rebuilt 5. 3L LSx engine with STAGE3 cam, and its 'power transfer partner', a rebuilt 4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission. The 5. 3 and 4L60E came from the same vehicle and were rebuilt together for the application. Other under hood enhancements include a giant aluminum radiator with twin electric fans to keep things cool, and cold air intake.
