1960 was the first year for GM's totally redesigned truck line. Known as the C/K series, all 4x2 trucks were designated by the C, while the 4 wheel drives would have the K. It was an instant success and GM would continue this line for another 39 years. While this 63 is far from what it was when it left the assembly line one thing is for sure, if you are not wanting to get noticed this is probably not the car for you. Start off with the paint, it is nice and slick with a basecoat of white then a light silver on top giving a totally custom pearl effect. The front has been done with a reddish orange color that fades into those great looking flames that give this panel a classic Hot Rod feel. The grille has been painted to match the pearl body and breaks up the red nicely while the chrome bumper brings just enough gleams to the package. The 20 inch chrome/painted wheels look great but if that-s not quite your thing they can come off to reveal a more traditional all chrome wheel. With the outside looking as good as it does the ride...
