Before the Mustang came along there wasn't really a car that went after the younger market. With its hip styling, unlimited options, and a price tag that a young person could afford the Mustang was an instant success. 1966 brought very few styling changes to the original pony car but the most noticeable being the now infamous 'floating' pony on the front grille. Pop the hood on this 66 and you will find a period correct 289 that sounds as if it has had a slight cam installed. A Holley 4 Barrel feeds this motor just the right amount of fuel making it very responsive. A set of chrome valve covers and air cleaner finish off the engine nicely. Ford introduced the Bronco in 1966 to complete with Jeep's CJ and International's Scout. Like its competitors, the Bronco had a small wheelbase at 92 inches. The short stance made the truck maneuverable especially in off-road situations. Simplicity in design led to an affordable yet very capable compact 4x4. This particular example is a Bronco Half Cab which features a small utility bed instead of a set of rear seats. The truck has been frame off restored and nicely customized. Up front is a rebuilt 302 CID V8 backed by an automatic transmission. The exterior is finished in bright red and it sits on top of a nice set of 33' meats. The Ford Thunderbird is an passenger car manufactured by the Ford Motor Company in the United States over eleven model generations. They spanned from 1955 all the way through 2005. When introduced, it created the market niche eventually known as the personal luxury car and then it took flight. Even though it was the last year of the 4th generation, 1966 saw a stylistic revision for the Thunderbird highlighted by a new egg-crate style grille with a large Thunderbird emblem at its center. A new rear fascia with the brake lights restyled to appear as one unit was introduced. Engine choices were pretty simple for these big birds back then, 390 big block or 428 big block. As you can tell this particular Thunderbird for sale was optioned with the 315hp and 345tq 390 C. I. D big block V8. This truck is lifted and ready to roll with all the raw power necessary to traverse almost any terrain. Hop up in the drivers seat and grab hold of the shifter as you power through the gears. The 2007 Mustang was basically a holdover from 2006 with very little changes going with the -if it's not broke don-t fix it- mentality. With its chiseled looks and totally retro interior they were and still are very popular cars. The GT, with its 4. 6 Liter overhead cam V8, was considered the fastest car for under $25000 by Road & Track. This particular 07 has had a pampered life never seeing any inclement weather and only being driven in the summer for the past three years. The stock look was ok but the current owner wanted to put his own touch on it. A custom Ram Air hood from Cervini's was added giving the car a more muscular look. The blue stripe is tasteful and runs the full length of the car. The rear window was given a louver treatment along with the side windows and definitely gives this 07 a straight out of 67 look. A set of wheels, from American Muscle, were purchased to finish off the exterior look of the car with nice clean finish.
