1971 Pontiac GTO

View Description

The Pontiac GTO is considered by some to have started the trend with all four domestic automakers offering a variety of competing models. The name, which was DeLorean's idea, was inspired by the Ferrari 250 GTO, the successful race car. It is an Italian abbreviation for Gran Turismo Omologato. Originally built in the last week of December of 1970, this awesome GTO has been restored to its former glory. The 400 CID engine has been gone through, by professional engine builder Jack Boyd, it retains the stock intake and exhaust manifolds. Dyno results put this power, plant at 330 hp with 450+ ft-lbs of torque. Dyno documentation is available upon request. The engine has less than 100 miles since the rebuild, and it is mated to the factory turbo 400 automatic. Power is then sent to a 3. 23 geared rear end. A -Humbler Exhaust System- has been added to the GTO. This is a limited factory option that was offered for a short time in late 1970 and early -71. It is an operator controlled vacuum system that will open baffles in the mufflers for a more aggressive sound. The exterior of the car has been repainted to the original...

1950 Willys Jeepster

View Description

After World War II, Jeep trademark owner, Willys, believed that the market for the military-type Jeep would be limited to farmers and foresters, therefore they began producing the 'CJ' (or Civilian Jeep) to fill this growing segment. Willys then began producing the new Jeep Wagon in 1946, and then the Jeep Truck in 1947. Realizing a gap in their product lineup, Willys developed the Jeepster to crossover from their 'utilitarian' type truck vehicles, to the passenger automobile market. In the process, the automaker developed the Jeepster, 'one of America's most daring postwar automobile designs. '.

This 1950 Willys Jeepster has been restored with a big twist! The Inline 6 cylinder has been replaced with a GM 305 CID V-8, a 350 Turbo Hydramatic automatic transmission, and 4 wheel power brakes. The engine compartment has been dressed out with chrome valve covers, chrome alternator and a chrome A/C Compressor. To insure the engine stay cool, an aluminum radiator with an electric fan has been added. To give this 64 year old vehicle a modern feel, an --85 Corvette Suspension has been installed. A quick look under the Jeepster and you will notice the aluminum control arms from the Vette in the front...

1973 Chevrolet Corvette

View Description

1973 would begin the transformation from the Corvette being a muscle car to a well rounded touring sports car. With an improved ride quality from the use of radial tires, redesigned body mounts and increased sound deadening this would be the first Corvette that you could use as a driver and actually enjoy it. The body while still classic C3 design did have a different nose due to government regulations now requiring a 5 mph bumper. This new design was basically covered with a urethane cover emphasizing the sleek lines of the 3rd generation Corvette's. This particular C3 with its classic red paint looks like it's moving just sitting there. The rear chrome bumper gives the car just enough shine to give it a classic look. With the exterior looking good with the black vinyl top either up or down the outside of this car is in great condition. The interior was not in quite as good of shape so the decision was made to redo the interior and the black interior looks great. The black vinyl bucket seats are in excellent shape looking as if they were just redone. The carpet is in excellent shape as well and ties all...

1956 GMC 100

View Description

1956 was a new era for truck sales with General Motors. The plan was to start advertising GMC as the classier truck, with features like the new Road Dampening System they were on their way. Designed to drive and ride more like a passenger car than a freight truck the new series was an instant success. This 56 has lived a much pampered life with just recently being sold from the original owner making it a 2 owner car. The truck was so well taken care of that the wood on the bed is even the original wood. All panels are the ones that came on the truck and it definitely shows with great body lines and of course not a lick of rust anywhere. The two tone turquoise and white paint looks period correct and is in excellent shape. The bumpers and other trim pieces are in excellent condition as well complimenting the fresh paint nicely. Under the hood a classic small block 350 crate engine was sourced giving this classic truck plenty of reliable power. With only 11k miles put on it since installed it really hasn't even been broken in yet. The very rare Bulldog transmission was rebuilt...

1955 Ford F100

View Description

1955 saw a repeat of the basic 53 and 54 F100 body styles. The major change for 55 was the grille. It now had a v shape in the center. V8 emblems or 3 point chrome star emblems on the grille for 6 cylinder trucks were different for 55. Also, larger parking lights were a great new addition. When people think of muscle trucks, the mid-50 Ford F100's are often the center of everyone's attention. They were low to the ground, had a mean looking front end, and were small enough to allow for easy customization. This 1955 Ford F100 -John Deere- themed pickup is no different! As the saying goes, -Built Ford Tough with Chevy Stuff-, you can now add to it by saying and -nothing runs like a Deere-! This 350 CID Chevrolet powered Ford was inspired by the builder-s grandson. As a 3 generation bonding experience, Grandfather, Father/Son and Grandson/Son all had a hand in the building of this farm theme truck. The local John Deere dealership actually assisted with the paint color, decals and other logos that you see on this...
