This gorgeous all steel two door is super straight and solid from top to bottom. There has been extensive but subtle body modifications done to take this street rod to the next level. The door handle have been shaved and operate remotely. The front and rear bumpers have been shaved as well as having a hideaway license plate to help in accentuating the big flowing lines of the fenders. Powering this street rod is a 350 cubic inch Chevrolet engine backed by a turbo 350 automatic transmission. Holding this classic combo in place is a 1984 Chevrolet S10 chassis along with the master cylinder and complete brake system from the S10. Helping you to hug the road with precision and comfort is a rack and pinion setup. This good looking -72 Cheyenne Super was purchase by the current in a less than pristine state. He decided to do a little work and refurbishing. The red and white paint scheme is Spies- Heckler two part base coat clear coat system. The black cloth interior looks to be in excellent condition. The 350 4-bolt SBC has been rebuilt using new 0. 030 over flat top pistons, Manley cam kit and a double roller cam kit. An Edelbrock intake and carburetor sit atop of the 350 to insure plenty of fuel/air is fed to this power plant. To make sure the engine has plenty of spark; an HEI distributor has been added. To keep the engine cool, a 4 core radiator has been added. The 350 Turbo Hydramatic transmission has been rebuilt along with the convertor. New bearings and seals have been added to the transfer case. The front and rear axles have been gone through as well....

The C/K was Chevrolet and GMC's full size pickup truck line from 1960 until 1999 in the United States. The 'C' indicated two wheel drive and the 'K' indicated four wheel drive and during this period the Silverado and Sierra names were for trim level of the C/K trucks.
